Lake Wallenpaupack And Other Lakes & Ponds
Lake Wallenpaupack, the largest man-made lake in Pennsylvania and smaller surrounding lakes are alive with wind surfers, water skiers, and boats galore. In quiet coves you’ll find fishermen, swimmers, kayaks and canoes.
Eagle watching, fall foliage hikes, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling are abound at state parks and wildlife sanctuaries. And just a short driving distance is an abundance of ski areas with some of the best skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing and terrain parks in the Poconos.
